International Journal of Obesity conducted a study that showed that your body has a better chance to burn much more fat throughout the day if you consume your last meal earlier.

The same study also suggested that you should eat your meals at a fixed time every day. The study divided participants into two groups, all of which were given three courses of meal every day for 4 days.

The type of the meals was same but each group was fed at different time. The first group was given a meal at 8 am at the earlier and last meal was given at 2 pm.

After that, participants in this group underwent a 12-hour fast. The second group was given their first meal at similar time but their last was at 8 pm before fasting for 12 hours.

Following the conclusion of the research, participants were tested for some factors before the results were published.

The first group was given meals according to early time-restricted feeding schedule and was found to have less hormones of hunger as well as reduced appetites.

Participants in this group also showed that more fat was burned during the process.

The result of that study raises a big question: is there the right time to eat when you want to lose weight?
